Vertical Form-Fill-Seal Technology:

Servo Tracking Filling Nozzle:
The filling head tracks the bottles during operation, allowing for continuous filling. This ensures the bottle operates stably and meets the demands of high-speed production, significantly enhancing capacity.
Piston & Structural Stability:
The cylinder piston features a detachment function for quick removal of residual substances. All connections use quick-release connectors for easy maintenance. Each piston is driven by a Panasonic high-power servo motor with a double stainless steel chain drive, providing a quieter and more durable operation compared to traditional belt drives.
