This monoblock consists of bottle inlets, 2-peristaltic-pump filling, auto stopper feeding & pressing, and auto cap feeding-closing system. It can automatically finish bottle-in, filling, pressing rubber plugs, and closing caps. It is widely used in food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics industries.
It adopts the PLC program system to control, equipped with a touch screen man-machine interface system, making it convenient and easy to operate. The monoblock system makes the machine small and delicate, adopting a graduator to position bottles for stability.
