This machine is developed based on the atmospheric pressure filling principle. When an empty tank enters the lifting tray through the pulley, the filling valve and empty tank are aligned, lifted, and sealed. The valve opens automatically to begin filling. Once the liquid level reaches the return pipe opening, filling stops. Canned units are then transferred to the sealing head by a hook chain. The cover feeder provides the lid, and the pressure head tightens the can. The sealing wheel performs pre-sealing followed by solid sealing, ensuring a high-quality finish before discharge.
Functional Characteristics:
The system utilizes premium electrical components, including PLC systems, frequency converters, and proximity switches. The entire production speed can be adjusted via the touch screen. The machine features automatic alarm systems for common faults, allowing the PLC to determine whether to continue operation or stop based on obstacle severity.
