This Machine Series is designed for non-carbonated beverages filling, like Juice, Tea Drink, Dairy Drink etc. Air conveyor is connected with 3-in-1 monoblock directly. Bottle transport adopts neck-fixing way.
Bottles in air conveyor are transported through starwheel to rinser of the 3-in-1 monoblock. The circumgyrating tray of rinser equips mouth-blocking grippers. The gripper clamps bottle mouth and turns 180° along the guide rail and makes bottle mouth down. In given area of the rinser, the given nozzle sprays disinfectant to sterilize inner wall of the bottle and outer wall of bottle. Filler adopts gravity filling way. Bottle moves up to open filling valve and starts filling. When material in bottle rises and blocks air returning hole, filling ends. Finished bottle is transported through outfeed starwheel to outfeed conveyor.
Air conveyor is connected directly with infeed starwheel. Equipped with pneumatic bottle blocking device for smooth transition.
The rotary tray is welded with SUS304 stainless steel. Adopt overturning grippers that block the bottle neck, avoiding pollution to bottle mouth screw position. High-efficiency spray nozzles can wash any position of bottle inner wall while saving water.
Rotary tray is made of SUS304 stainless steel. High-precision and high-speed filling valve (SUS316L) with level precision ≤±2mm. Filling level is controlled by float ball.
Adopt magnetic constant contortion capping head. Capping effect is stable and reliable. Rail equips device preventing reverse-caps. Machine stops automatically if no caps are detected.
