General Descriptions: This machine works harmoniously with air-conveyor belts, holding bottles by the neck during transport. It is designed to fill water into PET bottles with an integrated screw capping function.

Integrated Three Functions: 1. Rinse the empty PET bottle, 2. Filling the rinsed bottles, 3. Capping the filled bottles.

Rinser Station: Featuring neck control with plastic snap on the gripper. Water distributor combined with food-grade rubber plate and SUS304 cover. Includes a SUS304 water collecting tray and spray inject design for complete washing. Equipped with a washed water recycling system for water saving.

Filler Station: The entire filler utilizes an isobar filling system. It features a high-accuracy SUS304L construction filling nozzle to ensure precise liquid levels. Includes a SUS304L liquid bowl and pipeline system with an automatic water level controller (No bottles, no filling).

Capper Station: Place and capping system with automatic caps arranging and feeding. Electromagnetic capping heads feature a burden discharge function. All components are 304 stainless steel. Features include "no bottle no caps delivery" and automatic stop functionality.
