The system seals the container opening with a spring-loaded or pneumatically actuated sealing head. The nozzle projects down to a pre-defined depth inside the neck. Once the liquid level touches the nozzle port, the pressure pushes excess liquid and foam into the overflow return pipe. Therefore, regardless of whether a bottle has a slightly thicker bottom or thinner walls, the liquid height from the top edge remains identical.
While basic gravity overflow fillers are optimized for thin liquids like water, alcohol, juices, and light oils, we customize the system with pneumatic piston pumps and pressurized product manifolds. This enables the machine to handle higher viscosities, such as shampoo, shower gel, honey, and sauces. Quick-release nozzles can also be swapped out to prevent clogging when switching between different products.
All product-contact parts are fabricated from SS304 or SS316L stainless steel. For corrosive liquids (like acids, bleach, or chlorine), the fluid path, manifold, and nozzles are built using polymer materials like PTFE (Teflon), PP, or PVC. This prevents corrosion and prevents metal contamination in the product.
