HY-U automatic suppository filling machine
The full-automatic suppositories production unit utilizes PLC for comprehensive control and pneumatic modes for power. Combining advanced technology with practical design, this equipment is simple to operate, highly efficient, and stable. It allows for mold production of different shapes and specifications using various packing materials such as PVC, PE, and PVC/AL/PE Compound film, while automatically eliminating unqualified products.
The rolled plastic sheet material (PVC or PVC/PE) is pressed positively to blow and form the shape. It then enters the filling procedure where drug fluid is stirred and dosed through a high-precision pump. After filling, the material undergoes cryo-stereotypia to realize the transition from fluid to solid. Finally, the product is finished through mending, sealing, batch number printing, and shearing.
